What are the available shipping methods?

Currently, shipping is carried out through local shipping companies within the Sultanate of Oman. If other methods are available, they will be posted here.

Do you ship to all countries of the world?

Unfortunately, at the moment, we only ship within the Sultanate of Oman.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

It depends on the shipping company itself, but it may take two to eight business days for your order to be delivered.

What are the accepted payment methods?

The available secured payment methods are credit or debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Also, you don't have to worry because all payments in our store are completely safe and secure.

Is online shopping safe?

Yes, purchases in our online store are completely safe.

Order and return

How can I place an order?

You can easily browse the store and add the products you want to the shopping cart, then go to the cart and click on the Checkout button, then do the required steps there, which are very easy steps. If you want to order only one product, you can first open the product page you want and then press the "Buy Now" button.

How can I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change an order, you can contact us through WhatsApp by clicking on its icon or you can send us a request by email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but it is preferable that you create your own account on our store to get more features.

How can I create an account?

First: You can create a new account by clicking on the user icon at the top of the page and then choose Create an account, then enter the required data and complete the steps. If you choose to register via your e-mail, a confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail. You can then activate your account by clicking on the link or the confirmation button in the message sent to your e-mail. You may find the message in the junk mail folder or in the Spam folder. Second: You can create a new account by using your social accounts such as Google, Facebook, or Twitter by clicking on the relevant button on the My Account page.

How can I track my order?

You can track an order by contacting the shipping company, and we will send the contact details with it to you.

How can I return a product?

You can return a product or order by contacting us, but you must first read our store's return policy by going to the return policy page. a>
